Brian Rosenstein is a fourth-generation member of the May family in Los Angeles and Chairman & CEO of Brookhill Corp., a real estate investment firm that owns and manages a diversified national portfolio of more than $500 million in income-producing assets across 15 states — including 1,500+ apartment homes, 1.5M square feet of industrial space, and 150,000 square feet of retail. Appointed by Mayor Karen Bass and unanimously confirmed by City Council, he serves as a Commissioner on the Los Angeles City Planning Commission, shaping zoning, housing, and land use policy. He is also Vice President of the Wilbur May Foundation, directing over $3 million annually to LA youth, family, and LGBTQ+ programs, and led the family’s $6.5M lead gift for the Anita May Rosenstein Campus at the Los Angeles LGBT Center.
