As a Commissioner on the Los Angeles City Planning Commission, appointed by Mayor Karen Bass and unanimously confirmed by the City Council, Brian helps oversee zoning, development approvals, and land use policy in one of the most complex urban markets in the United States.
The Brookhill portfolio includes more than 1,500 apartment units, 1.5 million square feet of industrial space, 150,000 square feet of retail, and over 100 acres of development land, generating approximately $30 million in annual net operating income.
